Asana & Pranayama

Product ID: 25671
Date: Saturday 19th June
Join us in celebrating International Yoga Day and cultivate the yogic wisdom and strength lying dormant inside you! Yoga is an ancient Indian philosophy and practical eight-part system that provides us with an understanding of the mind and step-by-step instruction and practices of how to calm it, make it still and steady with a laser-like focus so we may ultimately transcend it. Yoga is a powerful path and sadhana (practice) that can keep us centred and strong in the midst of any pandemic, uncertainty, or change.

10:00am-12:00pm: 108 Surya Namaskar

This part of the day is optional, however, once you find a rhythm, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how the practice becomes effortless and meditative. Plus it’s an opportunity to support the Chinmaya Kirti Renovation Appeal and be part of passing on an understanding of the great wisdom and practices found in Eastern Traditions to the future generations to come! Ask your family and friends to sponsor you, bring them too! Have fun, challenge yourself and raise as much as you can.
